This is me
Adrineh Baranian Baghdassarian comes from Tehran Iran and is Armenian descent. ​Her work embodies the struggles of her own life as well as her community, employing sculpture, sewing and modular installations. Ad defines herself as a revolutionary and visionary for women artists presence locally in the L.A. art scene and globally! She aims to empower women from all backgrounds to become part of the art society. She is the founder of She Loves Collective for popularization of contemporary art in the Armenian community in Los Angeles. The collective focuses on providing a platform for all women artists to display their work of art in galleries. Lately, she curated Pure Not Proper at Coagula gallery in Chinatown.
